Rental Terms
General terms
The vehicle can only be rented by individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Renter) who are at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years. Upon vehicle pickup, the Renter must provide valid documents: passport or ID card and driver's license. The Renter signs a contract agreeing to the agreed vehicle price, additional services, deposit, and return time. By signing the contract, the Lessee agrees to the general terms outlined on the last page of the contract, also listed here as follows.
The rental price per day includes tax, regular insurance, and unlimited mileage, unless otherwise stated in promotional prices. The rental price per day includes a billing period of 24 hours, starting from pickup. Prices are quoted in euros; payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit cards.
Deposit
A deposit is required upon pickup and depends on the choice of vehicle, refundable upon vehicle return. Regular clients are eligible for a reduced deposit. Adiatic car reserves the right to increase the deposit amount or to refuse rental. The deposit can be left in any currency equivalent to the euro exchange rate.
Insurance
The rental price includes regular insurance. You can rent a car with comprehensive insurance for an additional fee depending on the vehicle class, which will be displayed on our website during booking.
Driving Territory
Driving our vehicle outside the territory of the Republic of Montenegro is possible with our permission and for an additional fee. If you plan to travel beyond our country's borders, please inform us in advance, as otherwise, we will seal the vehicle permit, thus preventing this option.
Delivery
Car delivery is available. Vehicle return to another location is also available. For example, you pick up the car at Podgorica Airport and return it to Tivat Airport or downtown. This service is subject to additional charges at these prices, all of which can be seen in the reservation search form.
Alternate Vehicle Offer
If the selected car is not available, we can offer you a car from the same or higher class under the same conditions.
